Lock forming machine Schlebach PMC-LM-QA60 is a technological solution for the production of a double standing seam with a height of 25 or 32 mm. The model is available in a standard configuration or with a clip lock. The design provides for modular expansion, allowing the equipment to be upgraded with additional functions.

The machine is equipped with a QA60 system with a manual circular saw designed for cross cutting after profiling. The saw unit rotates up to 60° in both directions and is suitable for cutting non-ferrous metals. It is also possible to add an RS roller knife for cutting before roll forming or the RS+LS configuration for longitudinal and cross cutting. The minimum blank length is from 100 mm due to cutting after roll forming. Control is carried out via a touch panel with extended functionality.
