Lock forming machine Schlebach PMC-RSM is an industrial model for forming a double standing seam with a height of 25 or 32 mm, available in a standard version or with a clip lock. The modular design allows the equipment to be adapted for specific tasks, including the installation of additional units.
The machine is equipped with a motorized RSM roller guillotine for cross cutting before forming and supports the installation of the LS longitudinal knife. Control is carried out via PLC with a touch panel. Smooth adjustment of the feed width up to 830 mm with the possibility of increasing to 1050 mm in the extended configuration. Guides with bearings are provided for precise positioning. Profile rollers are made of wear-resistant steel with anti-corrosion protection.
