How and where can I send the tool for repair?

You can send the tool for repair in one of the following ways:

  • — Via our office and service center. Office address — link.
  • — From a Nova Poshta branch or via courier. Instructions — here.
  • — Via other carriers — please coordinate details with our manager.

Do I need to send the tool in its original box with the warranty card?

The original box is not required; the warranty card and completeness are subject to service rules.

Can I buy spare parts separately?

Yes, original spare parts are available. Please check the list and availability with our manager.

Can I repair the equipment myself?

We strongly recommend contacting our service center. Self-repair may void the warranty for the machine or tool.

Payment and Prices

Why are there no prices for some equipment on the website?

Prices often change due to exchange rate fluctuations and price updates from manufacturers. We want to provide only up-to-date information, so please check the cost with our manager — we will always offer the best price at the time of request.

What are the payment methods?

We work exclusively via bank transfer, including VAT.

How long is the issued invoice valid?

The invoice for payment is valid for 3 banking days.

Documents for the Contract

What documents are required to conclude a Contract?

To prepare the Supply Contract, please send scanned copies of the following documents (Email subject: EXCHANGE OF REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS):

For Legal Entities:

  • — Current extract from the Unified State Register or Certificate of State Registration;
  • — Current extract from the Register of VAT payers (if applicable);
  • — Document confirming the right of signature of the head (Charter, Order, Power of Attorney);
  • — Bank details of the organization.

For Individual Entrepreneurs (FOP):

  • — Current extract from the Unified State Register;
  • — Current extract from the Register of VAT payers (if applicable);
  • — Copy of the passport (pages 1-6);
  • — Bank details of the entrepreneur.

For Individuals:

  • — Passport data (pages 1-2, 3-6 if applicable, current registration address);
  • — Tax Identification Number (TIN).

Delivery and Availability

Who pays for delivery and which services do you use?

Delivery is paid by the buyer. We work with major carriers, primarily Nova Poshta.

Is all equipment in stock?

The availability of specific models should always be confirmed with the manager. We also fulfill custom orders with a small down payment.
