These Terms of Use regulate the procedure for using the website https://kverb.eu by the User/Buyer.

By using the website, the User/Buyer confirms their agreement with these Terms.
The Terms apply to all actions of the User/Buyer on the website: browsing, placing orders, interacting with the personal account.

PERSONAL DATA

The User/Buyer provides consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Regulation on Processing and Protection of Personal Data of LLC “KVERB”.
Personal data is stored indefinitely while the User’s/Buyer’s personal account exists.

The User/Buyer has the right to:
– independently update their data in the personal account;
– submit a request for complete deletion of their personal data.

After data deletion, the personal account becomes non-functional, and the User/Buyer loses access. The User/Buyer may create a new account at any time.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Creating a personal account
Orders on the website can be placed only through the personal account.
The User/Buyer creates an account independently, providing accurate data.

Account functioning
The personal account contains the User’s/Buyer’s data, order history, settings, and information necessary for completing purchases.

Updating data
The User/Buyer independently updates their data (name, phone number, address).

Data deletion
After deletion of personal data, access to the account is terminated.
Re-registration is unlimited.

If a product is unavailable, LLC “KVERB” may cancel the order.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Basic conditions
– orders are placed only through the personal account;
– the User/Buyer must provide accurate data;
– phone number confirmation is not required.

Order procedure
The User/Buyer adds products to the cart, proceeds to checkout, enters recipient information, selects delivery and payment methods, and confirms the order.
LLC “KVERB” may contact the User/Buyer by phone to clarify order details.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Available delivery methods:
– self-pickup;
– Nova Poshta;
– Ukrposhta.

Delivery conditions depend on the method chosen by the User/Buyer.

PAYMENT

Payment is available:
– upon receipt of the goods;
– by bank transfer.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Warranty and returns are provided in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
The warranty card is provided in paper form only.
Product returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

The following actions are prohibited on the website:
– providing false information;
– committing fraudulent actions;
– using automated scripts or software;
– disrupting the operation of the website;
– engaging in spam or unauthorized access;
– uploading harmful content.

LLC “KVERB” reserves the right to restrict access to the website in case of violations.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

LLC “KVERB” may modify these Terms.
The Terms are effective from the moment of publication on https://kverb.eu.

CONFIRMATION OF AGREEMENT

Use of the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the User/Buyer.
