FXL-RR magnetic chucks with square pole technology are specially designed for rotationally symmetrical machining of rings, sleeves, flanges, and similar round metal components. FXL-RR magnetic systems are suitable for turning, milling, and precision machining operations requiring secure and uniform workpiece fixation.
The radial pole pitch of the FXL-RR magnetic chuck ensures uniform distribution of holding force across the complete contact surface of the workpiece. This allows stable clamping and precise positioning during rotational machining processes.
