FXL magnetic chucks with pole type 50 are designed for secure clamping of small steel workpieces with low material thickness. FXL-50 magnetic systems are suitable for clamping workpieces starting from approximately 100×100 mm.
FXL-50 magnetic chucks are equipped with 50×50 mm square poles that generate a magnetic field penetrating approximately 12 mm into the workpiece. This makes the system especially suitable for thinner and smaller steel components.
The FXL-50 square pole technology provides more uniform magnetic clamping of smaller workpieces. Due to the increased number of occupied pole transitions, stable and evenly distributed holding force is achieved during machining operations.
The nominal holding force of the FXL-50 magnetic system is a powerful 160 N/cm² or 4 kN per pole. This ensures reliable fixation during milling, grinding, drilling, and other metalworking operations.
Magnetic chucks with FXL-50 square pole technology are widely used in metalworking, machine building, tooling production, fixture manufacturing, and precision machining of small metal components.
Advantages of FXL-50 square pole technology:
— secure clamping of small workpieces;
— suitable for thin steel materials;
— 50×50 mm square poles;
— magnetic field penetration depth of approximately 12 mm;
— uniform distribution of holding force;
— high clamping precision;
— holding force of 160 N/cm².
FXL-50 magnetic systems are suitable for clamping small steel parts, thin metal workpieces, and other ferromagnetic components during machining processes.
KVERB supplies magnetic systems with FXL-50 square pole technology for metalworking and industrial applications. Our specialists will help select the appropriate magnetic clamping solution according to the requirements of your production facility and machined workpieces.
Magnetic systems can also be manufactured individually under custom order and exclusively according to the needs of a specific production facility.
