PMNEO permanent magnetic chucks are super-strong and compact magnetic plates designed for heavy-duty machining, milling, and high-speed metalworking applications. These magnetic systems are widely used in machine building, tooling production, fixture manufacturing, and machining of complex metal components.

The PMNEO magnetic chuck provides exceptionally high holding force and allows secure clamping of metal workpieces starting from approximately 30×15×6 mm, even during intensive machining operations.

The permanent magnetic system achieves reliable holding performance not only on smooth surfaces but also on rough and uneven workpieces. This makes the magnetic chuck suitable for demanding machining applications and unfinished metal components.

Optional tooling bars can be mounted on the PMNEO magnetic chuck. This allows the workpiece to be elevated above the magnetic surface, providing free access to all sides of the component during machining operations.

The use of tooling bars also enables drilling directly on the magnetic clamping plate and creates additional space for chip accumulation around the workpiece.

During long-running HSC milling operations, the workpiece remains elevated above the chips, preventing the component from sinking into accumulated material and improving machining stability.
