SPML permanent magnetic clamping blocks are designed for secure fixation of metal workpieces during milling, grinding, drilling, and other machining operations. These magnetic clamping systems are widely used in machine building, tooling production, fixture manufacturing, and precision metalworking.
The SPML magnetic clamping system is equipped with two opposite clamping surfaces that can be switched independently from each other. This design provides flexibility for handling different workpiece shapes and machining applications.
The neodymium magnetic system with fine pole pitch 1.5+0.5 generates a magnetic field penetrating approximately 5 mm into the workpiece. This makes the magnetic clamping block especially suitable for securing small and medium-sized steel components.
The switching shaft can be actuated from both sides, allowing the magnetic clamping block to be used in both horizontal and upright positions during machining operations.
