Function:
The straightening press is used for straightening deformed steel components. When applying a compressive force of 2.5 tons, components with material irregularities or elongations can be straightened.
With the addition of tube bending die, it is capable of bending pipes with a diameter of up to 42 mm.

Stroke:
The overall stroke is 60 mm, which can be achieved through 13 strokes of the pump with a working force of approximately 330 N (pump piston stroke: 46 mm).
A relief valve prevents additional pressure build-up when the piston rod is fully extended.

Mounting:
To ensure reliable clamping on the table, the press can be secured via the tower head using quick-clamping bolts or the provided bolt.
The straightening press should always be secured in two places.

Purpose:
For clamping and straightening.
