Lock forming machine Schlebach QUADFLEX is stationary equipment for high-precision forming of roofing and facade profiles. It is equipped with a cassette system with 14 forming stations, which provides quick reconfiguration for various tasks.
Feed width is smoothly adjustable from 300 to 800 mm using a screw mechanism. Guides with bearings ensure stable material feed without gaps. The machine is mounted on a robust frame with lifting eyes and forklift slots for safe transportation. Protective covers simplify access to working units.
The cutting section includes a disc knife with hardened blades on a linear guide. Drive is provided by a toothed belt. Minimum panel length is about 1000 mm. Cassettes are changed by rotation with a handwheel or with lifting equipment. Rollers are adjusted for material thickness of 0.5–0.7 mm (optionally up to 1.0 mm).
Control is carried out via a touch panel with PLC. Automatic and single operation modes are supported.
