Lock forming machine Schlebach PMC-RSM is equipment with extended functionality for the production of a double standing seam with a height of 25 or 32 mm. It is suitable for both standard profile and clip lock. Thanks to the modular design, it is possible to upgrade without the need for complete equipment replacement.
The machine is equipped with a motorized RSM roller guillotine for cross cutting before forming. Installation of the LS longitudinal knife is also provided. Control is carried out via a touch panel with PLC, ensuring accuracy and ease of adjustment. The feed width is smoothly adjustable up to 830 mm, in the extended version up to 1050 mm. All construction elements are designed for long-term operation while maintaining profile geometry.
