Lock forming machine Schlebach SPM-RS is the reinforced version of the basic model of the SPM/PMC series, designed for forming a double standing seam with a height of 25 or 32 mm. The modular design allows the equipment to be upgraded with additional functions, including the RS roller cutter for cross-cutting before roll forming and the optional LS knife for longitudinal cutting.

The machine is equipped with an electromechanical length measurement device and a feed system with a braking mechanism. It is suitable for parallel panels in one pass and for conical or fitting panels in two passes. The feed width is smoothly adjustable up to 870 mm, and the SPM-RS 1000 / PMC-RS 1000 modification increases it to 1080 mm. Rollers made of special steel are resistant to wear and corrosion, and elastic mounts prevent damage to the surface of the blanks.
