The ROJEK MP 415 Thicknesser is a professional single-purpose machine designed for precise wood thickness calibration. Unlike combined machines, this unit focuses solely on thicknessing, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability. Equipped with a separate feed motor and a cutterblock with 66 knives, the machine delivers an exceptionally smooth surface finish without chatter marks, even on hard timber.
The machine is designed for planing boards, beams, and panels to a specific thickness. The ROJEK MP 415 can handle workpieces up to 400 mm wide and 230 mm high. Two feed speeds (5.5 and 10 m/min) allow the operator to choose between maximum productivity and fine finish quality.
