Siegmund aluminum profiles are versatile for increasing the work surface and creating a vertical work surface.
Due to their light weight, you can easily place and clamp large aluminum profiles yourself.
Due to the manufacturing process, residual chips can remain in the profiles.
Note:
Due to their properties, aluminum profiles are well suited as clamping tools, but they are also very susceptible to wear.
Aluminum products are well suited for fastening your welding joints.
During welding, we recommend covering or, if possible, removing the aluminum profiles.
To ensure a long service life of aluminum profiles, we recommend using a welding spatter spray (e.g. Siegmund welding spatter spray).
Sometimes welding spatter can be removed by grinding.
Despite all precautions, iron particles can remain on the aluminum.
We recommend dividing the production into work areas for materials prone to corrosion and stainless materials.
