The straightening press is used for straightening deformed steel products. With a clamping force of 2.5 tons, parts with unevenness or stretching in the material can be straightened. With a pipe bending die, pipes with a diameter of up to 42 mm can be bent.
The total stroke is 60 mm, which can be achieved with 13 pump strokes with a working force of approx. 330 N (pump piston stroke 4.6 mm). A relief valve prevents additional pressure build-up when the piston rod is fully extended.
For secure attachment to the table, the press can be fixed via the turret head using quick-release bolts or the supplied bolt.
The straightening press must always be fixed in two places.
