Lock forming machine Schlebach SPM is the basic model of the SPM/PMC series for forming a double standing seam with a height of 25 or 32 mm. The robust modular design makes it possible to equip the equipment with additional elements if necessary, including rollers for a profile with a clip lock (PMC).

The machine processes parallel panels in one pass, and conical and fitting panels in two passes. Smooth adjustment of the feed width up to 870 mm is provided by guides with bearings. Profile rollers made of special steel provide protection against wear and corrosion. Elastic mounts of the upper rollers prevent dents on the surface of the blanks.
