Thanks to the cassette system with 12 forming stations and a well-designed construction, profile changeover is carried out in just a few minutes.

The equipment is equipped with motor-driven roller knives for automatic cross cutting, a PLC with a touch panel, and an adjustable feed system. Smooth width adjustment is carried out manually using a handwheel, and guides on bearings ensure precise strip feeding. Gas struts and removable covers provide easy access to work areas, while transport pockets and removable wheels ensure mobility.
