Lock forming machine Schlebach QUADRO is a universal multifunctional system for the production of roofing and facade profiles of various shapes. The design includes an interchangeable cassette system with 10 or 12 forming stations, which allows quick reconfiguration of the equipment without long downtime. The model supports a wide range of profiles and can be upgraded with additional modules at any time.

The machine is equipped with a PLC with a touch panel for automatic setting of length and quantity of products. Feed width is adjusted manually from 300 to 800 mm (up to 1250 mm in the XXL version). Feed guides on bearings ensure stable movement of the material without misalignment. A robust frame with transport pockets and swivel wheels makes the equipment mobile and convenient to move on a construction site.

Cross cutting is performed using an integrated disc knife with hardened roller blades, mounted on a guide with a toothed belt. QA60 options are available for non-ferrous metals and a hydraulic knife for a 25 mm seam. The minimum panel length is from 700 mm (for standard cutting) and from 100 mm when using additional devices.
