Lock forming machine Schlebach PMC-RS is a universal model with extended functions for the production of a double standing seam with a height of 25 or 32 mm. Thanks to the modular design, the machine can be equipped with additional elements including the RS roller guillotine for cross cutting and the optional LS longitudinal knife.

The equipment provides precise forming of both the standard seam (PMC-RS) and the clip lock seam. Smooth adjustment of the feed width up to 870 mm is available, with the possibility of increasing to 1080 mm (PMC-RS 1000 model). Accurate feeding is ensured by ball bearing guides and a system with a braking mechanism. Electromechanical length measurement and nine forming stations provide stable quality and accuracy.
