Lock forming machine Schlebach PMC is the basic model of the SPM/PMC series for forming a double standing seam with a height of 25 or 32 mm. The design is made according to the modular principle, which allows the machine to be additionally equipped with extra components if necessary.

The machine is suitable for processing parallel panels in one cycle and conical, trapezoidal, and shaped panels in two cycles. The feed width is smoothly adjustable up to 870 mm. For extended tasks, there is a modification SPM 1000 / PMC 1000 with feed up to 1080 mm. High-quality rollers made of special steel are resistant to wear and corrosion, and elastic mounts of the upper rollers provide gentle processing without marks on the surface.
