Lock forming machine Schlebach MULTIPRO is stationary equipment for high-precision forming of complex roofing and facade profiles. It is equipped with interchangeable cassettes with 16 forming stations, which ensures quick reconfiguration for different types of products.
Feed adjustment: 300–800 mm. Feed guides with bearings ensure smooth material feeding. The disc knife with hardened blades guarantees a clean cut. Minimum panel length is 1100 mm. An optional punch for mounting holes is available.
Control is via a touch panel with PLC. Automatic and single operation modes are available. Cassette replacement is performed with lifting equipment, and changeover time is up to 30 minutes. Profiles with a thickness of 0.5–0.7 mm are supported (optionally up to 1.0 mm).
