Automatic Spiral duct forming machine Sente Makina Tubeformer Auto is a high-tech equipment for serial production of round ventilation pipes. It is equipped with a flexible forming ring that allows changing the diameter from 100 to 1250 mm without replacing tooling.
Thanks to the automatic controller and unloading system, the machine provides quick parameter switching and user-friendly operation. The roller knife (slitter) ensures clean cuts with low noise and no burrs.
The machine is designed for manufacturing pipes from galvanized, aluminium and stainless steel. Suitable for factories producing ventilation systems, aspiration, chimneys and air ducts for air conditioning systems.
